    2 STIF Romania Champagne Flutes Hand Painted Blown Art Glasses Blue Green Gold. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Gorgeous set of two champagne or wine flutes made in Romania by STIF. Hand painted in jewel tones of emerald green and cobalt blue with plenty of gold. Great used condition with no chips or cracks to glass, there is a small chip to paint & 2 tiny maker's imperfections or popped bubbles on the base of one glass, barely noticeable and does not detract.
